Lough Ree Yacht Club will be hosting Double Ree again this year

The Double Ree is Lough Ree Yacht Clubs' biannual youth double-hander regatta and this popular event brings together enthusiastic double-handed sailors and their families for a fantastic weekend.

The four main youth double-handed classes come together for a weekend of serious racing, socialising and camping.

The youth classes taking part are:

• Mirrors                 National Championships 15^th – 17^th of July
• Fevas                  Inland Championship 16^th – 17^th of July
• 420s                     Double Ree Regatta 16^th – 17^th of July
• 29ers                    Double Ree Regatta 16^th – 17^th of July

The club has enhanced its facilities to enhance the camping experience for visitors to club events.
