About the exchange scheme:

The Eurosaf RO Exchange Program is primarily for National qualified Race Officers, Judges and Umpires, there are occasionally places for International Officials also. The rewards from engaging in this scheme are great: an event gets additional support from overseas officials, the event gains greater recognition from Eurosaf and World Sailing for their participation, our officials equally get to experience foreign waters thus expanding their experience for future Irish events, the difficult task of finding expertise within Ireland is often difficult, particularly for NJ’s and this will help alleviate that issue and low expense as the official attending pays their own travel expenses.
