Update, Monday 29th March 2021
We are very conscious that there is much anticipation around returning to training and competition as the summer draws near, and we have been working hard behind the scenes with Sport Ireland, the Government’s Sport Expert Group, and our partner National Governing Bodies to put forward the case to present our sports as low risk, outdoor and non-contact.
We know the Sport Expert Group has recommended a return for competition and training for our sport, however we have had little advance indication of how Government intends to start relaxing restrictions. Hopefully we will have a clearer picture this week.
We greatly appreciate the patience you have all shown during these pandemic times and we will continue to communicate and share any developments on the re-opening of sport as we receive them.
Until then, stay safe.
