Update, 5 October 2020:

Entire country moved to Level 3 restrictions

As outlined by Government this evening, the entire country is now moving to Level 3 of Covid restrictions. In our update for Dublin and Donegal last week, under Level 3 there are two areas of particular importance for sailing:

Pods and Social Distancing: only single-handed or same-household sailing is allowed unless social distancing can be maintained while aboard
Competition: no domestic sailing competition permitted (Local, Regional or National).
