After the success of last year's inaugural Club Growth Symposium the group volunteers are bringing it back to you for 2019.

The Club Growth Symposium is BY CLUBS, FOR CLUBS. It is a day for clubs to get together in conversation to share initiatives and ideas for growing club membership.

Nikki Curran   Sligo Yacht Club & Irish Sailing Board Member – Nikki is the Chairperson of the Participation Policy Group, the current Junior and Training Officer for SYC and worked in the Hotel Industry specialising in event management.

George Kingston Kinsale KYC, RCYC and RstGYC Member – sailing courses through George’s blood and his current job with Google as Global Program Manager brings a passionate and professional approach to innovative sailing programmes at the Symposium.

Kevin Leonard Royal Irish Yacht Club Member & Skipper/Powerboat Instructor with Gosailing.ie  - Kevin has worked in the Sailing industry for over 20 years now, as an instructor and business development manager. He has served as a committee member, junior committee member and J.O. in the past in the RIYC.

Ciaran O’Brien    Director of Gartan Outdoor Education and Training Centre and sailing all his life – Ciaran brings energy and the latest developments and innovations in Outdoor Education designing, implementing and developing outdoor programmes.

Maeve  Buckley   Schull Harbour Sailing Club Member and a board member of the Federation of Irish Sport – Maeve is one of the go-to people in Irish sport when it comes to strategic planning and is a facilitating how to make things better in Sport.
