IRISH SAILOR AT WORLD SAILING INCLUSION CHAMPIONSHIPS

Mary Duffy of Bray Sailing Club is representing Ireland at the World Sailing Inclusion Championships in Portugal, competing in the Para Inclusive One Person Keelboat class. Duffy heads into the championships following a strong performance at the European Hansa Championships in Barcelona, where she finished 10th. The event provided valuable international racing experience ahead of competing against a wider field at the World Championships.

The World Sailing Inclusion Championships bring together sailors from different backgrounds and abilities, celebrating participation and competition while promoting greater inclusion in the sport. For Duffy, the event provides another opportunity to compete internationally and represent Bray Sailing Club and Ireland on the world stage.

Irish Sailing wishes Mary the best of luck for the remainder of the championships and looks forward to following her progress in Portugal.
