Irish Sailing’s Cara na Mara Sailor Packs are now available, providing young sailors with a fun and practical introduction to the world of sailing. Each Sailor Pack contains a selection of items to support learning and enjoyment both on and off the water and are designed to encourage young children to begin their sailing journey, build excitement around taking part in a Cara na Mara course and help them feel part of the sailing community.

The Cara na Mara programme introduces children to sailing through fun, engaging activities that help them develop confidence, learn new skills and discover the enjoyment of being on the water. Through a structured course delivered by Irish Sailing Training Centres, young sailors can explore sailing in a supportive environment while building their knowledge and experience.
Cara na Mara Sailor Packs are available to purchase now from the Irish Sailing website for €5. Packs can be purchased individually or in bulk by Irish Sailing Training Centres. These Sailor Packs are a great way to welcome young sailors to Cara na Mara and encourage more children to take their first steps into sailing this year.
