Irish Sailing's annual Training Centre Support Visits are continuing across the country, with almost a quarter of all accredited Training Centres now visited. These visits are an important part of Irish Sailing's commitment to maintaining high standards across our national training network while providing practical, on-the-ground support to centres and instructors.
As well as forming part of our quality assurance process, the visits focus on developing instructors, sharing best practice, reviewing session delivery, refining on-the-water teaching techniques and supporting centres in delivering safe, engaging and enjoyable learning experiences. The visits provide an opportunity for instructors and centre managers to discuss ideas, ask questions and receive guidance from the Irish Sailing Training Team, helping to ensure consistency and continual improvement across the country.
A sincere thank you to all of the Training Centres that have welcomed us so far this season. We look forward to visiting many more centres over the coming months and continuing to work together to deliver the highest quality sailing, windsurfing, and powerboat training throughout Ireland.
