Irish Sailing Opens Expression of Interest for 2027 ILCA World Championships
Irish Sailing has opened the expression of interest process for sailors wishing to compete at the 2027 ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 World Championships in Fortaleza, Brazil (15–23 January 2027), the first nation qualification event for the LA 2028 Olympic Games.
Ireland has secured two entries in both the ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 fleets, with the potential to obtain additional places up to a maximum of four entries per class.
