Cork Week 2026 is already shaping up to be one of the standout events of the Irish sailing season, with Royal Cork Yacht Club preparing to welcome fleets from Ireland and abroad from 6-10 July 2026.
Since first launching in 1978, Cork Week has become one of the flagship regattas on the Irish sailing calendar, combining high-quality racing with a renowned social atmosphere in the unique setting of Cork Harbour.
This year’s event will include several major championship competitions, including the ICRA National Championships 2026, the International Etchells European Championships 2026 and the Beaufort Cup 2026.
The regatta programme continues to cater for a broad range of sailors and crews, from championship IRC racing through to Coastal and Non-Spinnaker divisions, ensuring opportunities for both experienced offshore racers and club-level competitors to take part.
Competitors will receive berthage at the club marina for the duration of the event, with craneage also available. Additional visitor berthing can be arranged directly with the club for crews planning an extended stay ahead of the regatta.
Crosshaven continues to offer expanding accommodation and visitor facilities, while the Royal Cork Yacht Club will once again host live entertainment and post-racing activities throughout the week, maintaining the atmosphere that has made Cork Week so popular with generations of sailors.
