The World Sailing Offshore Double Handed World Championship 2026 will take place in Marseille from 23 September to 2 October 2026, bringing together up to 22 teams for one of the key offshore racing events on the international calendar.
The regatta will be hosted by the Cercle Nautique et Touristique du Lacydon (CNTL), alongside the Royal Ocean Racing Club, Yacht Club de France and Cap Regatta, with support from the Fédération Française de Voile.
Racing will take place in a supplied fleet of Sun Fast 30 One Design yachts, ensuring a level playing field where results are determined by performance, decision-making and teamwork on the water.
Irish Sailing has been invited to nominate sailors for this event. Those with the appropriate offshore experience and interest in competing are encouraged to make contact to register their interest and begin the selection process, if required.
