Irish Sailing will host an online Passport Workshop on April 22 at 7pm, offering clubs and training centres an opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season using the Checklick platform. The webinar will be delivered by Dominik Jablecki of Checklick and is designed to help users get the most out of the Irish Sailing Passport system.
This practical session will guide attendees through key steps to ensure their accounts are fully up to date ahead of a busy training period. Topics will include how to efficiently add or remove instructors within the system, helping organisations keep accurate and current records.
A major focus of the workshop will be on streamlining assessment processes. Participants will learn how to use group evaluations, allowing multiple sailors to be assessed quickly and consistently with a single action. The session will also explore the participant logbook feature, an essential tool for tracking individual progress and achievements throughout the season.
In addition, the webinar will highlight several other useful features, including attendance tracking, group communication tools, and general system enhancements that can save time and improve administration.
