Irish Sailing Senior Instructor
An Irish Sailing Senior Instructor is an experienced Instructor who has developed the skills to both deliver high-quality instruction independently and lead a team of instructors in the safe and effective delivery of Irish Sailing accredited training courses within an Irish Sailing Training Centre.
As such, they operate not only as a leader and manager, but also as a skilled instructor, capable of stepping into any session and delivering to a high standard. They combine instructional expertise with the ability to support, guide and develop others.
Every Training Centre requires a Senior Instructor, with qualifications available across each discipline: Sailing, Powerboating and Windsurfing.
