Irish Sailing wishes to recruit an experienced leader to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful individual will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to manage Irish Sailing operations and administrative functions that support the delivery of Irish Sailing’s strategy to grow participation and encourage inclusion and diversity in the sport.
