Wing Foil Instructor Endorsement
With the development of a new Go Winging module under the Irish Saling Go Windsurfing scheme the first Wing Foil instructor endorsement course will take place on the weekend of April 20th & 21st hosted by Jamie Knox Watersports, Maharees, Co.Kerry.
This instructor endorsement is open to those holding a current or recently expired Irish Saling Go Windsurfing, Saling or Powerboat instructor qualification and who meet the personal skills proficiencies outlined below.
Date: April 20th & 21st, participants are also welcome to join on the afternoon of Friday 19th for an informal skills sharing session.

Personal Skills Proficiency Pre-Requisites:
Consistent foiling flight on both tacks, Controlled steering in flight, Stay upwind, Tack and Gybe off the foil, Enter a gybe foiling exit off the foil or foiling.
Other Pre-Requisites:
- Irish Sailing Instructor Qualification
- Valid Emergency Care Certificate
- Current Irish Sailing Garda Vetting
- Valid Safeguarding 1 Certificate
