Update 30th April 2021
Following an Taoiseach’s announcement last night, we are delighted that it appears restrictions are lifting and that a roadmap for the return to sailing over the coming weeks has been articulated. The key lifting of restrictions as they affect sailing activity are:
From 10th May
Training may resume for adults in pods of 15 – this will allow for everyone to engage in training activity
Intercounty Travel is permitted
From 7th June
Sailing competition may resume @ local, regional, and national level
Club bars and catering facilities open for outdoor service
Irish Sailing will draft a revised plan for submission to the Sport Expert Group early next week.
In the meantime,
