€7.1 Million Rejuvenation of Bray Harbour and Surrounding Area
Bray Harbour Joint Development Committee welcomes today’s announcement by Ministers Darragh O’Brien and Stephen Donnelly of €7.1m of Urban Regional Development Funding for the rejuvenation of Bray Harbour and the surrounding area.
Welcoming the announcement, committee chairman J J O’Dwyer said: “This funding will benefit not only harbour users, but it will provide significantly enhanced amenities to all the people of Bray. The proposed facilities for ferry docking and deepening of the river open up opportunities for the development of tourism and marine leisure commercial activities. Bray can once again become a proud harbour town”.
The committee wishes to thank the Councillors, Chief Executive, and officials who worked so hard to progress this project to this stage.
Congratulations Bray Harbour Joint Development Committee, cositing of representatives of harbour users, officials, and councillors (currently Cathaoirleach Anne Ferris and Councillor Erika Doyle, and previously Pat Vance and Steven Matthews TD).
This is a fantastic addition to the development of our coastal infrastructure.
