The Cruising Association of Ireland is inviting members to share their best cruising memories as part of this year’s CAI Photography Competition, with entries open until 31 March 2026.
Whether it’s a dramatic seascape, a peaceful anchorage, life onboard or the spirit of adventure under sail, the competition celebrates the moments that make cruising so special. Members are encouraged to dig through their photo libraries or recent voyages and submit their favourite digital images or short videos connected with cruising.
There are great prizes on offer. The best photograph will receive a €150 voucher from CH Marine, while the best video (up to three minutes long) will win a €100 voucher. Second and third place photographs will each receive €50 CH Marine vouchers, and the three winning photographs will also be professionally printed as fine art prints by The Copper House.
Each member may submit up to three digital photographs and one video, and all entries must be the entrant’s own work. Unless otherwise stated, submitted images may also be used on the CAI website and other promotional channels.
