Irish Sailing are recruiting an experienced Membership Management Administrator to join our Support Services Team. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to work at the heart of Irish Sailing’s membership operations while engaging directly with the Irish sailing community.
As the National Governing Body for sailing, powerboating and windsurfing in Ireland, we work to facilitate active life on open water by developing, supporting and promoting our activities at all levels- from recreational participation through to international competition. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, the Membership Management Administrator will play a central role in managing and supporting our membership systems, primarily Sport80, alongside Checklick and the Irish Sailing Database. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of membership data, supports affiliated clubs, class associations and training centres, and helps deliver a professional and efficient membership experience.
Key responsibilities include processing memberships and renewals, responding to member and club enquiries, supporting annual renewal processes, producing membership reports and contributing to the ongoing improvement of digital workflows. The role also supports finance, governance, safeguarding and compliance activities, with a strong focus on confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
The position is based at our offices in Dún Laoghaire, with hybrid working arrangements available. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), with salary commensurate with experience and benefits including annual leave, pension provision and professional development opportunities.
