We all understand the responsibilities we face when we are setting a course. Better understanding the safety considerations can only make us better race officials and help mitigate further against any unnecessary risks.
Irish Sailing invites all Race Officials to up-skill and be better prepared for running fair and safe racing next season. We are running a Local Safety Lead training programme aimed at augmenting your existing race officer skills.
This programme is running in both Dublin and Cork on Sunday the 9th of November and Saturday the 15th of November respectively.
