Top Tips for Staying Warm and Safe Afloat this Winter.

Here are a few simple ways to stay comfortable this winter:
	- Layer-up: Multiple layers keep you insulated, dry and warmer for longer.

	- Warm from the inside: A flask of something warm helps restore temperature and energy after activity.

	- Plan shorter sessions: It can be difficult to warm-up out there. Cold conditions will affect focus and experience — quality over quantity.

	- Warm-up routine: Encourage movement and circulation before launching. Keep moving to maintain circulation and body heat.

Pre-Winter Boat Check
Before Winter sets in, give your powerboat a little TLC:
	- Check batteries: Charge, clean terminals and remove if not in use.

	- Flush your engine: Saltwater corrosion is real — rinse and run with fresh water.

	- Fuel check: Top-up or drain tanks to prevent condensation and consider using additives to stabilise your fuel over Winter.

	- Safety gear: Flares, first-aid kits, throwlines and radios — take note and budget what might need to be replaced before next season.
