As a Senior Instructor, you’ll:
- Take charge of courses and daily operations in a Training Centre.
- Mentor and motivate instructors to deliver their best.
- Ensure safety, quality and fun are at the heart of every session.
- Gain leadership skills that go far beyond the water.
A Senior Instructor is required to supervise and safeguard all tuition within sailing, windsurf and powerboat schemes.
