FOR INSTRUCTORS:
Now’s the time to review your sailors’ Irish Sailing Passports. Make sure you’ve been tracking their progression, providing feedback and setting clear goals to help them grow their skills afloat.
All skills on the SBSS Checklick now have x3 evaluation criteria to determine; Started, Improving or Confident.
Sailors should be improving each week and getting more and more skills marked as 'Confident' to finally achieve their level. Your instructor handbook will help you identify what confident might look like!
