Local Umpire Training Course - Wednesday 17th April – National Yacht Club
This Course is being facilitated by renowned International Umpire and Judge Cxema Pico.
Cxema has a wealth of experience which will help attendees learn about the world of Umpiring within a structured framework. As there are a number of High-profile match racing and team racing events scheduled for the month of May in Ireland, this course will be of great value to many who wish to get involved as umpires into the future.

This course is for anyone with an interest in learning the basics around what a Race Umpire does and the importance of the role in ensuring effective race management .The aim is to also circulate a preliminary rule quiz in advance once we have captured the detail of the attendees in advance.
