Junior Organiser Online Information Session

The annual pre-season Junior Organiser online information session will take place on February 28th. The aim of this session is to ensure that as a Junior Organiser you are up to date with all of the requirements and aware of the procedures to put in place for a safe and successful Junior Training programme in your Club.

This session is particularly important for anyone who is new to the Junior Organiser role but is also very useful for those who have been in the role for a period of time offering a networking opportunity to share ideas and experience with others from around the country.

The main items covered on the session will be:

- Roles in the training environment

- Training Centre Recognition Requirements

- Course organisation and managing course standards

- Instructor development and planning

- Developing double-handed fleets

- Sharing Ideas and experience


When?: February 28th, 19:00 – 21:00

Where?: Zoom

Who is it for?: Principally it is for Junior Organisers, particularly those who are new to the role or feel they need a refresh. Other Club Officers involved in training or Training Centre Principals are also welcome to attend.
