The Irish Sailing Association has undergone a brand refresh and will now be called Irish Sailing.
Over the last number of years the ISA has undergone a number of changes as part of our strategic plan. To underline these changes and as a result of feedback received, we have decided to refresh the ISA logo. Irish Sailing is more modern and welcoming, immediately understood by non-sailors and international audiences alike, and more appealing to those who might like to try our sports.
From today, you’ll start to see the refreshed brand being introduced (on our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram etc). It will then be gradually rolled out across all our documents, products and printed materials (such as flags, banner and clothing) over the rest of the year. So for a while you will see both the old ISA logo and the new Irish Sailing logo.
Sailing is defined in our constitution as an activity involving engine or sail powered craft, and we remain the national governing body for sailing, powerboating and windsurfing, and as ISA in our memoranda and articles.
We will be sending out the new artwork to all affiliated clubs, training centres and classes, but if you don’t receive the format you require please let us know and we’ll forward it on.
