The 2021-2024 Racing Rules of Sailing changes the way race officials act when they have reason to believe that a boat has not sailed the course correctly.

Gordon Davies, Chair of the Irish Sailing Racing Rules and Appeals Policy Group, has compiled a really useful 4 page document with some of the implications of these changes, and has put together an extremely helpful document to help race officials and competitors.
