Sample Constitution
A club may be defined as a group of people acting together for a common purpose. Although a club may be formed on an informal and unstructured basis, and as the activities of the club increases, and involve dealings with outsiders, so the rights and liabilities of the individual members become ever more relevant.
Any club which intends to own property or deal with third parties, should adopt a formal constitution for the avoidance of doubt and opeace of mind of its members.
All clubs affiliated to the ISA are constituted.
