Dinghy & One Design Convention DEFERRED

Because of the unavoidable absence of some key representatives the ISA Dinghy & One Design Keelboat Advisory Group has taken a decision to defer the meeting until the 30th of November. 


ISA All Ireland Championship

Congratulations to SB20 sailor Ben Duncan and his crew Joe Turner and Davy Taylor who were crowned the 66th ISA All Ireland Champions on Saturday in Howth Yacht Club.

Changes to Towing Regulations 

Changes to the regulations regarding the towing of trailers in excess of 750kg MAM will be coming in to effect very shorty. However there is a small window of opportunity for those who have held a full driving licence for a car before November 1989 to get a trailer endorsement on their licence.

But applications must be made to the RSA before November the 8th!


Topper World Championship 2016

The International Topper Class Association have raised the possibility of Ireland hosting the Topper Worlds in 2016. To this end ITCA (IRL) are seeking expressions of interest from clubs wishing to commit the necessary resources to host this major event.


RS 200 Demo Day

The RS 200 fleet is running a demo day at the Royal St George Yacht Club this Saturday the 2nd of November at 2pm and all are welcome.


Prototype National 18 Report

The National 18 Class received the prototype N18 three weeks ago amid great excitement. They needed to commission and test her over the first two weekends but over the last few days they really turned her loose.


Irish Moth Open

Howth Yacht Club will host the inaugural Moth Irish Open this weekend on the 2nd and 3rd of November.
