ISA Junior All Ireland Championship
Seáfra Guilfoyle from Royal Cork Yacht Club has been crowned the 2013 ISA Junior All Ireland Sailing Championship after a nail bitingly close nine race regatta. Going in to the medal race Seáfra and his crew Richard McGinley were tied on points at the top of the leader board with fellow ISA Academy sailor Finn Lynch but a fourth for Seáfra in the medal race was enough to put him two points clear of Finn to claim the prestigious title.

Open Letter to Team New Zealand
Yesterday Oracle Team USA staged a massive comeback to win 34th America’s Cup but an open letter for Team New Zealand was published online from the non-sailing Kiwis back home. It brilliantly sums up why they as a nation get behind their country's sportsmen and women regardless of the sport.
Right now Ryan Seaton & Matt McGovern and Andrea Brewster and Saskia Tidey are representing our country at the 49er Worlds. We should remember "We are Team IRL and our name is on the boat!"
