Get The Girls

Last week we teamed up with the Irish Cancer Society to promote our Women on the Water Ireland (WOWI) initiative as part of this year's Get the Girls fundraising campaign.

A group of ladies from the National Yacht Club got together for a WOWI training session in the ISA SailFleet Dinghies under the instruction of ISA Regional Development Officer Ciaran Murphy will proceeds going to Action Breast Cancer.

Our sport could not be what it is today without the hard work and dedication of a vast number of volunteers throughout our clubs and classes. Each year we are proud to acknowledge these unsung heroes through the ISA Volunteer of the Year Award.

We are now accepting nominations and we urge each club and class to nominate that outstanding individual within their organisation and ensure their contribution receives the recognition it deserves.
