ISA SailFleet Dinghies Out For Sail Spree 

The new ISA SailFleet Dinghies have been delivered to Clubs around the country in time for Sail Spree 2013 happening over the May Bank Holiday Weekend. The Topaz fleets will be divided between Dun Laoghaire Motor Yacht Club, Sutton Dinghy Club, Wicklow Sailing Club and Royal Cork Yacht Club.

Dinghies For Sale

The ISA is delighted to launch a free Dinghies for Sale service to anyone wishing to buy or sell dinghies and small keelboats (without cabin).

The ISA has provided this service to assist affiliated dinghy classes in growing participation by allowing newcomers access to affordable second-hand dinghies.

Cork Dry Gin Calves Week

The highly anticipated Cork Dry Gin Calves Week is just over 14 weeks away. Details of the 2013 Festival will be announced at a reception to be held at Blackrock Castle on Wednesday the 8th of May from 6.30pm.


Lough Corrib Regatta

The annual regatta for Shannon One Designs will take place on Lough Corrib from Lisloughrey Pier in Cong as part of Sail Spree this weekend. Anybody who is interested in sailing is welcome to join and the event organisers will endeavour to get people out on the lake.


What Makes A Successful Athlete

Another interesting insight in to the life of a high performance athlete but this time from Annalise Murphy's coach and ISA Youth & Development Manager Rory Fitzpatrick. Rory talks about training regimes, training schedules, what goes into making a successful Irish athlete and the future for Irish sailing.

ISA 2013 Topper Squad

Applications are now being accepted for the ISA 2013 Topper Squad. A strict deadline of no later than the 15th of May applies for applications. Only sailors that participated in the ISA Youth Nationals 2013 (in any Pathway Class) need apply.
