ISA Racing Manager, Ed Alcock, will be in Lough Ree Yacht Club on Wednesday the 20th of March to deliver a Protest Committee Members Course.

The course is open to anyone with an interest in sitting on a protest committee and will provide information including details of the relevant changes to the ISAF Racing Rules and ISA Prescriptions 2013-2016.
