The ISA National Conference is back for its seventh year with even more interesting seminars and workshop than ever before. The conference is open to all with an interest in sailing, windsurfing and powerboating and is FREE to all ISA members.
A total of 20 interactive seminars and workshops will run across a range of diverse topics to suit all interests, whether you're involved in your club at committee level, you work in or run a Training Centre, you are involved in race management or are just a sailor looking to expand your skills and knowledge.

New Sailing Performance Workshops

New for 2013 is a Performance stream specifically for sailors with an interest in racing and performance.
ISA Team Physio Mark McCabe will deliver a no-nonsense workshop on Strength & Conditioning followed by ISA Team Psychologist Kate Kirby who will discuss how mental factors can influence performance. Finally Olympic 49er sailor Matt McGovern will talk about the highs and lows of London 2012 and how it prepared him for his Rio 2016 campaign.

Marketing & Events Seminars
2013 is going to be packed full of exciting events, from small local club events to large international regattas.
Find out what the ISA has planned for the return of Sail Spree, how will the Irish cruising community benefit from The Gathering Cruise and its legacy and what other events will be taking place in the coming months.
Sailor Noel Davidson, CEO of Mediagasmic will offer his expert advice on promoting your organisation and events though social media and Rachel Solon, ISA Communications Officer will tell you how she can help your organisation with its PR.
