The ISA has announced the dates for the both the Leinster and Munster Regional Spring Training for the Laser Radial and 4.7 Squads.

Munster Radials: 2nd/3rd Feb 9th/12th Feb 16th/17th Feb 23rd/24th Feb

Leinster Radials: Feb 9th - 12th Feb 16th - 17th March 2nd - 3rd March 9th - 10th
