On Sunday 22 May 2011, from 09:00 hours to 18:00 hours, a temporary exclusion zone for small craft will be established in Dun Laoghaire Harbour in the area between the East Pier, Carlisle Pier, the National Yacht Club and a line between the East Pier Bandstand and the seaward end of Carlisle Pier

Emergency access for the RNLI Inshore and Offshore lifeboats will be retained and controlled access will be maintained for access to and from the National Yacht Club

The exclusion zone will be patrolled by Civil Defence RIBs

The exclusion zone is being established to facilitate an event being held in the area between the Carlisle Pier and the East Pier
