The 2011 Tall Ships Race is due visit the port of Waterford, between 30th June and 3rd July 2011. It is expected the event will attract significant numbers of visitors, including a large fleet of spectator boats and sightseeing charter vessels to the area.

The Marine Survey Office (MSO), which is the national authority responsible for regulating maritime safety, wishes to bring the below to the attention of those organising, participating in, or attending the event.
