There's only a week to go until the RDS is transformed into a giant adventure playground for adults and kids alike.

The Adventure Weekend which takes place in the RDS from Friday, 20th to Sunday 22nd May will be highlighting the best Ireland has to offer in outdoor and adventure activities.
• Try over 25 different activities - including zip lining, zorbing, rage buggies and a vertical wind tunnel
• See death defying stunts in their Demo Zone
• Talk to adventure experts at The Outsider Think Tank
• Meet leading providers in the adventure industry, get advice, test the latest gear in our Exhibition Zone
