ISA Organisations Awarded over €250,000

Minister of State for Tourism and Sport Michael Ring has announced almost €26 million in new funding for local sports projects across the country, of which, over €250,000 has been allocated across ten ISA organisations. The recent allocations are the first round of sports capital funding that's been available in four years.

Volvo Title Sponsor for Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta 2013

The Dun Laoghaire Regatta Committee were delighted to announce that Volvo Car Ireland will sponsor the 2013 Dun Laoghaire Regatta in association with Spirit Motor Group, the premier dealership for Volvo in South Dublin.

This announcement is timed to coincide with the launch of the 2013 Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta official Notice of Race and Online Entry which is now available under the Racing section.

The Gathering Cruise

The ISA and The Gathering Ireland 2013 recently announced details of the Gathering Cruise 2013 and of their partnership for 2013. This completely unique event in both the Irish sailing and Gathering Ireland calendars will bring together a flotilla of yachts from across the UK, Europe and further afield as they sail to Irish ports as part of Gathering Ireland 2013. The 19 day event will take place across July 2013 with 100 cruising boats and 600 crew members creating a spectacle across key designated Gathering gateway ports as they cruise the east and south coasts of Ireland together.
