ISA Senior All Ireland Championship

Peter O'Leary is once again the ISA All Ireland Sailing Champion! He and his crew of brother Robert O'Leary and Robbie English won the recent event which was kindly sponsored by Waterways Ireland and hosted by Lough Derg Yacht Club.
A well deserved second place went to fellow Baltimore Sailing Club member and 2012 ISA Junior Champion, 17 year old Fionn Lyden with the bronze going to the 2011 champion George Kenefick from Royal Cork Yacht Club.

Regional Meetings for Clubs & Centres
The ISA will host five meetings in locations around the country during the month of November which are open to representatives from all ISA affiliated organisations.
The ISA CEO, Training Manager, Racing Manager and Regional Development Officers would like the opportunity to meet with representatives to discuss how the ISA can improve its support and services, identify any specific issues that your organisation is experiencing and provide an update on some of the initiatives planned for 2013.

Renaissance Re Junior Gold Cup

420 Winter Training

The Irish 420 Class launched a programme of winter training sessions with support from the ISA running in North Dublin, Dun Laoghaire and Crosshaven.
An impressive 19 boats attended the first of the sessions which took place in Howth Yacht Club last weekend. Among them, a strong local contingent of nine boats from Skerries, Malahide, Howth, Sutton and Clontarf and 10 visitors from Dun Laoghaire, Wexford, Cork, Tralee and Galway.

2012 Irish Slalom Series

The fifth and final round of the 2012 Irish Slalom Series will take place on October 27th & 28th, hosted by Rusheen Bay Windsurfing on Tracht Beach, Kinvara, Co. Galway.
Not only will Ireland's top windsurfers be battling it out for the title of 2012 Champion but ISA Training Centre of the Year 2011, Rusheen Bay, will also be providing a FREE newcomers clinic for anyone interested in trying it out.

P750 National Championship Final

Tramore, Co. Waterford will burst into life for the October bank holiday weekend as powerboat racers from around the country go head to head in the final race of the P750 National Championship.
Racing a surf course just metres from the shore spectators will get the chance to see (and hear!) these boats up close as they reach speeds of up to 80km/h and jump up to 5 metres into the air.
