Trevor Millar, CEO Sailcoach and Olympic medal coach from Beijing & Athens in the Laser class.
"The ISA’s coaching course was an excellent tool to help take my staff to the next level of their coach development. It efficiently covered a number of topics such as communication, coaching principles and others which has made a notable difference to our staff performance. The course is professionally run and still facilitates lots of interaction with open and free flowing exchange of ideas. I would recommend it to anyone serious about being a successful coach."
