Met Éireann has designed a new website application, specifically tailored for smart phones, which includes sea area & inland lakes forecasts. The app is available m.met.ie. It is a cross-platform site, designed to work on most devices.

It includes rainfall radar animation, national & provincial text forecasts, latest reports, sea area & inland lakes forecasts, satellite imagery and more. The site can be adapted to the user’s location and preferences in the “My Met” section of the website. It’s still in the final stages of construction and any queries can be directed to Met Éireann Customer Liaison
