The “Lakelands & Inland Waterways Ireland Sailing Raid 2012” will take place from the 14th – 21st of September. It is a long distance race with one or two different legs everyday and a different stopover every night. Starting in Northern Ireland (Lough Erne) it will cover 190 kms by sail and oars, a north/south course across Lough Erne, the Shannon River, Lough Ree and Lough Derg.
