Providence Resources ISA Olympic Team

The Providence Resources ISA Olympic Team continues to expand. The newest additions are Dublin sailors Ger Owens and Scott Flanigan. They secured their spot at London 2012 earlier this week at the 470 World Championships in Barcelona. That brings the Team to a total of five boats and eight sailors.

Meanwhile Annalise Murphy continues racing at the Laser Radial World Championships in Germany where she lies 15th overall after today's two races.

Dublin Sailor Wins Sail With Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing

Dun Laoghaire's Kenneth Rumball has won a trip to Miami, USA, to sail with Abu Dhabi backed outfit Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing.

The 24-year-old manager of ISA Training Centre the Irish National Sailing, Powerboat School & Club, says the chance to meet his heroes and sail on the team’s Volvo Open 70 race yacht, Azzam, in the gruelling round-the-world sailing event is a dream come true.
