On Saturday the 31st of March, Dun Laoghaire was the destination for the 2012 Irish University Sailing Association (IUSA) Intervarsity Championships. Eight rival teams from Dublin, Cork and Limerick battled it out for the prestigious Trophy.
The event was previously scheduled for the 15-19 of February in Westport, Co. Mayo but due to excessive wind on the last day of Finals it was postponed to this later date.
