The ISA was delighted to present the Irish Cruiser Racing Association (ICRA) with a cheque for €15,278 at their Annual Conference which was held in the Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire on Saturday the 26th of November. The cheque was in receipt of the sale of ECHO and IRC ratings in 2011. The ECHO cert a boat owner gets each year is not only their handicap rating but also it is their membership subscription to ICRA.

One of the highlights of the conference was the presentation to Pat Kelly of Howth Yacht Club of the ICRA ‘Boat of the Year 2011’ for his boat Storm.
