Cruising

Ireland's amazing coastline has some of the best cruising grounds in Europe and an incredible inland waterways system. Facilities for visiting yachts have improved dramatically in recent years, and there is now a comprehensive network of marinas and public moorings.  There are many web sites and books giving you detailed information on the coastlines facilities.  Here we will bring together useful links and endeavour to bring you up to date developments, changes and opportunities.

The Gathering Cruise July 2013 was a gathering of yachts a cruising to celebrate our coastline from Dublin to Kerry

Celebrations started in Dun Laoghaire, Wednesday 17th July 2013.
You could join the cruise at any gateway port and rally with the fleet to beautiful Kinsale for a party of artisan foods and entertainment on Wednesday 24th July.
Then sail off independently to explore the unspoilt Cork and Kerry coastline, choosing which welcome ports to set anchor.  All meeting up for a Farewell reception in Dingle, Thursday 1st August 2013.
