Workshop 1 - How to Increase Participation Summary
The first part of the Development Workshop introduced the work of the Regional Development Officers, explained all the various initiatives that help clubs increase participation and the great Dave Ballesty gave a successful case study from Wicklow Sailing Club. Workshop 2 - Empowering Members Summary
The second aspect of the Development Workshop focused in on getting the most out of all the club members and was titled "Empowering your members" David Marshall from Skerries Sailing Club who have a great tradition of getting full buy in from all their members took us through the process and explained how it may be varied for different challenges within the Club.
