The ISA’s aim is to provide leadership and representation for the boating community.
It’s mission is to promote activities in both sail and engine powered craft.
The ISA seeks to:
- Maintain and promote responsible recreational boating.
- Influence national legislation that may impact on any aspect of recreational boating.
- Resist proposed legislation that may adversely affect any aspect of recreational boating.
- Provide a safe environment for people of all ages to enjoy sailing, windsurfing and powerboating nationwide and to help clubs, classes and training centres to fulfil their objectives.
